+ What’s Changing?
We’re transitioning from the Highly Loyal Club points-based system to a cash back rewards program at LIV Detroit. No more tracking points – just automatic savings at checkout!
+ When is this happening?
The new cash back program begins June 17, 2025.
+ New Earning Rates:
- 3% cash back on all 3rd party products
- 6% cash back on first-party brands
+ What happens to my existing points?
We’ll automatically convert your points to cash back at the same value that you’ve been earning: 100 points = $5. No action needed on your part!
+ Can I use rewards at other LIV locations?
The new cash back program is exclusive to LIV Detroit, but if you prefer to shop at another LIV location, we will honor your existing Highly Loyal Club points for a limited time.
+ What’s happening to the Highly Loyal Club app?
The Highly Loyal Club app will no longer be supported at LIV Detroit as of June 17, but will continue to be supported at other LIV locations. Instead, you can log into your account on our new website to check your balance and track rewards. Be sure to opt-in to email communications so you don’t miss any news. Stay tuned, a new app is coming soon!
+ Do I need to do anything to make the switch?
If you have an existing account with LIV Detroit, all you need to do is sign in with your email on the new website to claim your account and reset your password. New members will need to create an account. Then, just shop as usual starting June 17, and your cash back will begin applying.
